We've always had libraries and the Internet. If you wanted to learn something, you put in the time. Today, AI hands us answers much faster, but faster doesn't always mean better.
What's missing is the wisdom of knowing how to apply that knowledge.
I've worked in IT, shot a feature film, and stepped into leadership roles with zero systems. I've also wrenched on my own car. Most of the time, I figured it out on the fly as a half creative, half analytical person. But every time, I got there by working backwards from the outcome.
